Isolations, transparent as a snot - a clear sign of ovulation

For each woman of reproductive age in the middle of the menstrual cycle , the discharge is clear, transparent as a snot. If they appear, it means that the female germ cell has matured and no longer wants to be in the follicle. She does her best to get out of it. Its path lies in the cavity of the fallopian tube with gradual progression to the uterus.

Such a physiological phenomenon in the life of a woman is called ovulation. After its accomplishment, a new, extrafocusic life lies in wait for the egg - the main part of the continuation of the human race. If on her way she meets a spermatozoon and merges with it into one whole, then in nine months a new person is born, otherwise she dies and another menses comes.

As you know, the word ovulation comes from the Latin name ovum, which in Russian means an egg. Such roots also explain its direct connection with the continuation of the genus.

From a medical point of view, the process of ovulation is a phenomenon of the emergence in women of a mature, fully ready to fertilize egg. It is characteristic for every menstrual cycle. Mucous transparent discharge from the vagina, dull or spasmodic pain in the lower abdomen begin to disturb the woman during this time period.

The shortest cycle of egg maturation is nineteen days, and the longest is forty-five days. The physiological process of ovulation affects the ovary with the follicle, fallopian tube and uterus in the body of a healthy woman. During one menstrual cycle, as a rule, there is one ovulation. But exceptions everywhere are possible, including in the female body. Nervous experiences, taking strong antibiotics or estrogenic hormones, turbulent coitus can provoke repeated ovulation.

It is very important to determine the moment of ovulation for every woman. On this depends the possibility of pregnancy and even the sex of the future baby. It is extremely important to know the time of its onset for couples who have problems with conception.

Physiological indicators of the onset of ovulation are many. This is a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, and an increase in the sensitivity of the mammary glands, and an increase in sexuality. But one of the bright factors that speak about the onset of ovulation, are vaginal discharge, transparent as a snot.

Such a consistency is very favorable for keeping the life of spermatozoa trapped inside the female body, and their progress towards the cherished goal. The discharge, transparent as a snot, becomes very slippery, viscous and similar in structure to egg white. The vagina of a woman becomes overcrowded with strong moisture, the spots from which remain noticeable even on underwear. Such days are favorable for the fertilization and conception of a new life.

After completion of the ovulation process, the luteal period begins. The amount of estrogen produced decreases, and cervical mucus changes. Isolations in the form of transparent mucus are replaced by white, creamy. They are explained by the presence in the body of a new hormone - prolactin.

Each woman needs to be very attentive to her health and monitor the condition of the cervical fluid in the vagina. If the excreta, transparent as a snot, is absent, this indicates a low level of estrogens and, consequently, the absence of ovulation. In this case, it is necessary to apply other reliable methods that confirm the presence of the ovulation process in the body.

The most effective and harmless is ultrasonic monitoring. In gynecological practice, it is carried out by two methods. The first is carried through the abdominal front wall, and the second - through the vagina. Accurate observation through ultrasound makes it possible to follow the growth of the follicle in the ovary, behind the process of ovulation itself and behind the formation of the yellow body. In addition, the physician is able to assess changes in the thickness of the endometrium immediately after menstruation and before ovulation.
