Yes, parents are scared to hear this, but many people go through it. Often there are conflicts between parents and children, after which they completely cease communication. It is important to not bring the situation to this point, try to solve problems, going for compromises.

Of course, there are rare exceptions when older children are very attached to their parents. Therefore, in them the feeling of rebelliousness is expressed to a lesser degree. Nevertheless, parents need to accept and release their child into adulthood. The main thing is to try to keep a warm relationship. Let him have his own life, but he will share his joys and problems with his parents. After all, when they try to understand their child, he answers them the same way. Especially in adulthood, when the help and support of people close to him is so needed.
