Anchor clamp: security guarantee of fastenings

The device, which is intended for fixing self-supporting cables of different types (for example, ACSD, OCMM), is called an anchor clamp. The connections made in this way are used to enter various buildings, structures, on highways, as well as their branches.

The main task of this element is to create the optimal tension of the wire. Among the advantages of anchor clamps are:

To install the anchor clamp, no special preparation is needed. Extremely convenient and the fact that cleaning the insulation and cutting the cable is also not necessary. Do not need any keys, knives, or any special devices like insulation strippers, which are usually used to clean the carrying cables and to cut cables. Thanks to this important advantage, such as the ease with which this element is installed, errors or material damage during the installation process are practically impossible. The time of installation with the use of anchor clamps is significantly reduced - the process takes just a few seconds. A very important advantage is the fact that it is extremely unlikely for an installer to get injured during installation.

According to the results of special studies, for cable the anchor clamp is the most reliable fastening. The quality of products from well-known manufacturers has been tested in laboratories - they have passed many tests for resistance to temperature fluctuations, the ability to stretch, the resistance to various loads (including vibration), etc. Checked even the resistance to all sorts of chemical influences, ultraviolet radiation.

Anchor clamp for SIP is an aluminum casing with polymer self-adjusting wedges, so that the wire can be clamped with the utmost care, without damaging the insulation. Flexible cable with an insulated seat, resistant to adverse weather conditions, makes it possible to arrange up to three clips on the bracket.
