Beef is quite a universal meat, which can be cooked in all sorts of ways. Especially delicious dishes are obtained from young meat, which you can boil, fry and even bake in the oven.

Beef baked in the oven is something special, worthy of presence at the festive tables. The meat becomes tender, juicy and very fragrant. I propose some simple recipes for cooking beef in the oven.

Beef with potatoes in the oven

To make a dish "Beef with potatoes in the oven" you will need 1 hour and 40 minutes, 20 minutes for preparing the products and the rest for baking in the oven.

Necessary products: 300 grams of beef pulp, four medium potatoes, two carrots, onions, a slice of pumpkin, four spoons of tomato ketchup, three large mushrooms, half a glass of sour cream, vegetable oil, a bunch of greens, salt, pepper.

Preparation: pulp of beef cut into small pieces, sprinkle with pepper, salt and mix well. In a heat-resistant dish, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and lay out pieces of meat. Pumpkin pulp cut into cubes, mixed with ketchup and evenly spread on the surface of meat. Pumpkin with finely chopped onions. Luke can be added a little more, so beef with potatoes in the oven will be much juicier.
We peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and lay them on the onions, without forgetting salt. On top of the potatoes we put grated carrots and then cut mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt to taste and grease with sour cream. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, cover our dish with a lid and set to bake. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, the beef with potatoes in the oven is ready for use.

Beef with mushrooms in the oven

For the preparation we need: 500 grams of beef (preferably if it is fillets), 500 grams of pickled mushrooms, medium onion, a bunch of spinach, a slice of brynza, half a glass of sour cream, salt and black pepper.

Preparation: cut the beef with plastics one centimeter thick, cover with food film, beat off from both sides, pepper and salt to taste. We lay the plastics of meat in a cup and leave to marinate for an hour. In the meantime, we'll prepare the filling. Grind the mushrooms, onions and fry them until ready. Finely shred the spinach, add to the frying pan and continue to fry for a couple of minutes. After that, lay out small cubes of cheese, add sour cream, salt and sprinkle with pepper.

We take small molds for baking cupcakes and put the chops so that the edges of the meat hang out.

In the center lay out the mushroom filling, collect the edges of meat and trowel them upstairs. The filling remains closed inside.

Cover the meat with foil and send it to the oven. The temperature for baking is 180 degrees. After 40 minutes the meat can be removed.
You can serve the dish with a vegetable salad.

Beef with vegetables in the oven

We need: half a kilogram of beef pulp, two medium tomatoes, two red bell peppers, two onion heads, a mayonnaise can (200 grams), a piece of hard cheese, a teaspoon of ground thyme, vegetable oil and salt.

Preparation: cut the meat into pieces not more than one centimeter thick and about the size of a palm and beat it well. In the hot frying pan add oil and lightly fry the meat from each side on a large fire. We chop the onions thinly with semicircles, cut the tomatoes with mugs and at the same time not remove the skin from them, the Bulgarian pepper shred straw.

In a hot frying pan, where the meat is fried, we spread onion, then pepper and fry about 15 minutes. We take a frying pan with a removable handle, smear it with oil and put our chops. Sprinkle them with thyme and a little salted. From above on meat we put a fry from an onion and pepper and afterwards tomatoes. All this is filled with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

Bake for about 30 minutes until an appetizing crust of cheese is formed.
