1. In the masonry, the joints should be widened by at least 0.5 cm.
2. At joints of structures, the joints should be widened at least 0.2 cm and at a depth of 2 cm or more.

The prepared surface should be clean, rough to the touch and abundantly moist, with marked places of fistulas and leaks.
