How to prepare cherry

One of the most common alcoholic beverages for today is the liqueur, which is prepared using fruit or berry fruit and alcohol, or without the latter, but with the addition of sugar to create a fermentation process. It has the ability to preserve the flavor of those fruits from which it is cooked. At the same time the most popular is cherry pouring. If it is a low-alcohol drink, then it is prepared according to the following technology: the bottle is covered with ripe cherries (after removing the cuttings and leaves) by ¾, and the rest - with sugar, covered with gauze and put on the sun for a period of five days, shaking occasionally. When the fermentation process begins, the bottle is put in a dark place for two and a half months.

Let's consider several ways how cherry- making is prepared at home.

1. Low-alcohol casting from cherries.

Ingredients: seven kilograms of seedless cherries, three kilograms of sugar.

Berries fall asleep in a bottle, pour sugar, then it is tied with gauze and put on for three days in the sun. After a while, put a water seal (you can use polyethylene under the elastic) and leave for one month in a dark place. Then the drink is filtered, poured over clean bottles and clogged.

2. Cherry liqueur is classical.

Ingredients: three kilograms of cherries, one kilogram of sugar, one liter of vodka.

The cherry fruit is put into a bottle, covered with sugar, tied with a cloth and placed in the sun for six weeks. Over time, the cherry juice is filtered and bottled in sterile bottles, which are carefully sealed and placed in a dark cold place. Meanwhile, the remaining cherry is transferred to a container, filled with vodka, covered with a lid and left for two months, after which the cherry liqueur is filtered, bottled, clogged and placed for half a year in a dark place.

3. Cherry.

Ingredients: black cherries, vodka, sugar to taste.

Cherry must first be poured in the sun, for this, it is laid out on a cloth (in one layer). Then the cherry is put in a bottle, poured into vodka and left to infuse for two weeks. After that, the liquid merges, and the berry is again filled with vodka and left for the same period. After a while, the procedure is repeated again, only this time the cherry should be left for two months. Then all three liquids are mixed, sugar is added to them, the drink is bottled and clogged. Thus, the preparation of tinctures and tinctures from various fruits.

4. French filling from cherries.

Ingredients: cherry, vodka, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, crust of any citrus.

From the cherries remove the stone, cuttings cut into one centimeter, put them in sterilized jars and tighten the lids. Banks are dropped into boiling water for a few minutes, and then cooled. Then the fruits are poured with vodka (it should cover them a little), sugar, cinnamon, cloves and a crust of lemon or any other citrus are added, the banks are clogged and placed for three months in a dark place.

5. Polish cherry.

Ingredients: one kilogram of cherries, eight hundred grams of sugar, two hundred grams of vodka.

Cherries, packed in jars, are poured with sugar, and after three days they are filled with vodka. Then the banks are tied with a cloth and put in a dark warm place for two months. Ready drink is filtered, bottled and clogged.

Thus, cherry pouring is a berry alcoholic drink with a strength of 20%, which at home is prepared as from fresh fruits of cherry, vodka and sugar, and from alcoholized juice. In the factory production, various additives and dyes are used, and the technology for making this drink is much more complicated in this case.
