How to prepare a salad with nuts

Without a salad it's hard to imagine a holiday table. That's why there are a lot of different salads, so different from each other. In each family there is an established list of often served salads. But from time to time everyone wants to try something new. This is a good reason to make a salad with nuts.

Practically all nuts were found in salads, except for very exotic ones. Although, most likely, and for them there are recipes, they are just as rare as the ingredients used. This article contains recipes for salads with almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and cedar nuts.

Recipe one: salad "Tale" with walnuts

Nuts and chicken - a combination of very common. Here and in this salad nuts are combined with the meat of a bird. It includes 1.5 cups of peeled walnuts, half a kilogram of chicken fillet, 3 medium pickled cucumbers, 5 eggs, 5 medium potatoes, mayonnaise. Boil the chicken, eggs and potatoes, cool and cut into cubes. Similarly, you need to cut the cucumber, and nuts chopped in a mortar.

Salad laid out in layers in the following order: pickled cucumbers, fillets, potatoes, eggs, chopping nuts. After each layer, you need to add mayonnaise. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated. Recipe number two: carrot salad with nuts

This salad with nuts can be safely classified as dietary dishes, as its main ingredients are vegetables and fruits. As the original ingredient, almonds are used.

To prepare this salad you need to prepare the following ingredients: 2 carrots, a medium apple, a tablespoon of lemon juice, lemon balm, a tablespoon of chopped almonds and milk yogurt for refueling. Apple and carrots need to be grated on a large grater, finely chopped melissa, put into a salad bowl, poured with juice, sprinkled with almonds and added yogurt.

Recipe III: salad with nuts and raisins

In this salad hazelnut is used, about 50 g. In addition, it needs a half a kilo of spinach, lettuce (1 head), green onions, 4 fresh medium cucumbers, a handful of raisins, vegetable oil.

Raisins should be washed and pour boiling water for about ten minutes to steam. Spinach washed under running water, then directly in a colander placed over a jet of boiling water for one minute, then spread out on a towel to dry.

Hazel the knife with a knife, cut the cucumbers into thin circles, spinach and lettuce - large. Onion finely chopped and put together with hazelnut and raisins on a hot frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Spinach, lettuce and cucumber mix, add fried onions, nuts and raisins. Stir, the salad is ready.

This salad can also be considered dietary, because in its composition, mainly greens and other low-calorie foods.

Recipe Four: salad with nuts, peaches and ham

Simple and tasty salad. It includes ham, canned peaches, lettuce leaves and pine nuts. Salad tear hands on not too large slices, ham and peaches are cut into small cubes, put into a salad bowl, sprinkled with pine nuts. Season salad with a small amount of syrup from peaches.

Sometimes this salad is served in a cafe. But there they prepare it a little differently. Put the leaves of the salad on the plate , put the ham cut into slices on top, and then slice the peaches. On top of the salad sprinkle with nuts and serve the client.

Recipe Five: chicken salad with mushrooms and nuts

200 g of chicken and 4 eggs must be boiled in advance, cooled and cut into cubes. Then cut into rings an average bulb and fry in vegetable oil, sprinkling it with pre-seasonings. Champignons cut into thin plates. Walnuts need to be burned in the oven, and then chopped into a blender. All the ingredients put in a salad bowl, season with light mayonnaise and salt.
