Sculpting conveys tremendous emotional power. The prototype of the artifact was Iosif Kaminsky, a smith who sought out under the pile of corpses of his dying offspring. Every half-minute in the "Khatyn" ringing bells, amplifying the effect of what he saw.

The object played a significant strategic role, for under his control there was a navigable route that passed from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea. Lida
