Ingredients: pepper (1.5 kg), large tomatoes (3 pcs.), Any greens for your taste, garlic, sunflower oil (300 g), salt and sugar (2 small spoons), spices. Tomatoes grind, put on fire in a saucepan with a thick bottom and boil for about ten minutes. Add salt, sugar, oil. Each pod is to be pricked with a toothpick in several places. Put all the peppers in tomato sauce and leave until boiling. When the pods change color, add spices, garlic and greens to the pan. Warm up the entire vegetable mass for another five minutes.
