How to make wedding bonbonniere. Templates by own hands

In France of the 16th century there was one very nice wedding custom: guests in honor of the celebration and as a token of gratitude presented a small box with sweets. In those days, chocolate came to Europe from India and was a rarity. Of course, now no one is surprised with sweets, but the tradition has remained. Moreover, in Russia, too, began to give bonbonniere. Templates are easy to make with their own hands. And do not let it scare you that there are a lot of boxes to do.

Let's start, perhaps, with the simplest solution: a simple kulechka, the top of which will decorate the dahlia. We will need colored papyrus paper, cardboard, contrasting tapes, scissors and a pencil. We fold two sheets of paper four times, so that we get a square, draw the future petals on it with a dotted line and cut it out.

Next, we need to make our bonbonniere stable. Templates with their own hands in the form of a circle about 4 centimeters in diameter are cut from cardboard. Then wrap it with the same paper and place it in the center of the prepared papyrus. Now you can fold the sweets and wrap. We have the ends in a staggered order, we twist it and fix it with threads. Secure it to the toothpick and insert it into the center of the improvised box.

The height of the fasteners is 2 centimeters. The back wall of the "cake" is 3.6 cm. The element with a round hole: width 2,6, height 1,7 centimeters. After the drawing is ready, it must be cut and folded.
