While the milk is cooling, in a separate bowl you need to mix 350 grams of cottage cheese with egg, pour 50 g of mango and add a tablespoon of sour cream. Then pour in the milk with peaches and gently mix. The mixture is spread into a mold, which is put into a preheated oven for 220 degrees per hour.

Dietary desserts from cottage cheese can be very diverse. Here, for example, two cheesecake cheesecake recipes. The first is convenient because it does not even need to be baked. It is prepared very simply. First you need to dilute 75 ml of lemon juice with the same amount of water and pour into the solution a teaspoon of gelatin. Leave for 5 minutes, and then heat until gelatin dissolves. Then gelatin dissolved in the juice is cooled.

At this time, it is necessary to wipe through a sieve 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese. Then, 100 g of low-fat yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey and gelatin with lemon juice are introduced into it. To prepare a second low-calorie cheesecake, you need a fat-free cottage cheese (2 packs), an egg, 2 tablespoons of flour and 6 small bananas.
