Rules of the game

Volleyball in this case will help the beginner in the development of physical strength and coordination of movements. This serve as follows: the ball is taken in the left hand, and the right is brought back and up so that the brush was at the level of the ear. The left leg is put forward, and the weight of the body lies on the right leg. Then the ball is thrown upright (up to 60 cm above the shoulder) and at this point a sharp blow of the hand is hit on the ball. At this time, the body leans slightly forward and, consequently, the center of gravity is shifted to the left leg, which is in front.

To the idea of how to learn to play volleyball, was not limited only to the ability to properly serve, you need to learn no less important element of volleyball - the reception ball.

To receive from the position of the bottom feed, the legs are placed at the width of the shoulders and bend at the knees. Hands fold into the lock and move forward and down. Forearms should be maximally closed (to create a solid foundation for receiving the ball).

In volleyball, the elements of attack and defense are equally important, an effective attack is impossible without the correct reception of the ball.
