How to design a motoblock with your own hands?

Quite a lot of our compatriots living in rural areas have large gardens, an area of 20-25 acres. Such a large piece of land requires timely maintenance, since if it is not handled, the weeds do not take long to wait and the whole earth will cover with dense vegetation. Manually digging up such a square is almost impossible, and not rational. It will be much more correct to design a motoblock with your own hands, after which all work on the plot will give you exceptionally pleasant emotions.

So, what is needed to perform a small motoblock, which will be the first assistant not only in terms of tilling the land, but also in caring for the future harvest? As an internal combustion engine, the motor from the moped Vp-150M is best suited, since its capacity is just enough for digging and weeding a large area. An additional advantage of this engine is also forced air cooling, which allows it to operate in conditions of long-term operation at low revs. In general, the motoblock with its own hands is a biaxial construction of a self-propelled type, most of which are manufactured in an industrial manner. From the old motor scooter, you can also use a double arc from the frame, part of the engine mount, control cables, handles and chains. The remaining parts of this mechanism can be made independently. The supporting frame and trunk can be welded from pipes of 50 mm, and the wheel axle is machined on a lathe. It is also possible to make three main joints of traction mechanisms (regulating and main traction). It would be nice to include in the motoblock with your own hands also a gearshift device, because due to this you can prolong the life of your engine for a long time. As a shift knob you can use a piece of old pipe welded to the rocker arm.

The motoblock is going the following way. An asterisk is welded onto the drive shaft, after which overtaking clutches (will act as a differential), housing with bearings, wheels and frame are also strengthened. In addition, the plow and the telescopic steering link are also attached to the frame itself. As for the wheels, it is best to use the wheels from the wheels, with the bent-shaped indentations made in them. Thanks to this, the motoblock does not compact the soil with its own hands, but on the contrary, it perfectly loosens it.

Now install the motor. To do this, we weld the bracket to the left of the frame, which has a transverse steel axis at the end, onto which the engine with the suspension is firmly mounted, securely held by the arc-shaped tubes of the frame. After that, you can attach the secondary shaft and pull chains, and also install control cables.

Summing up, it should be emphasized that from all of the above, we were able to learn how to make a motoblock with our own hands. The principle of design is known, and now it only remains to be patient, to carry out the project, to make a list of all that is required for the work, and to get down to business. This motoblock has a number of design advantages, the main one of which is not a rigid coupling of the working tools, but a hinged one, which makes it easy for the motoblock to change its direction of movement without removing the plow from the ground. In addition, the special design of the plow allows you to change the depth of plowing, and a convenient angle to the groove allows you to keep the specified depth throughout the working process.

Now there is no doubt about what needs to be done. It is necessary to adopt one simple principle - do yourself a motoblock and make life easier for many years to come. Good luck to you!
