How to cook rafaello at home?

It's just amazing what advertising does to us. Only a few minutes are able to give our minds food for thought and attack. So I, the victim of advertising, saw a movie about the delicious, delicate sweets of Rafaello in the evening, dreaming about this delicious sweetness the whole night and the next morning. Of course, it was too lazy to go to the store, and therefore decided to make candy herself. I called a friend who seems to know everything in the world, and she shared a recipe from her own culinary piggy bank.

I present to your attention the recipe of rafaello at home.

Ingredients: a bank of condensed milk, half a glass of nuts, 200 grams of butter, 10 grams of vanilla sugar and 130 grams of coconut chips.

Technique: first you need to roast the nuts (in the oven or on a frying pan), constantly mixing them, and clean. Butter (it needs to be softened beforehand) whipped with vanilla sugar and condensed milk until a uniform mixture is formed. To the resulting mass, add most of this amount of coconut chips, leaving about 30 grams for deboning candy balls. Put the candy mixture in the refrigerator for 10 hours (you can overnight).

After the designated time, we form small balls from the candy mass (this will be our rafaels), putting a nut inside. We put the finished balls on the board, sprinkled with coconut chips, and roll them so that the coconut chips cover the whole ball. The resulting candy should be put on a board covered with parchment paper, and sent to a refrigerator. After waiting another 60 - 120 minutes, you can start eating delicious Raphael cooked with your own hands.

A little later, after experimenting a little with the recipe for making rafaello sweets at home, I already shared with my girlfriend my modified recipe.

So, banana rafaello. For the preparation of sweets we will need: 2 large bananas, 200 grams of walnuts, 200 grams of almonds and 50 grams of coconut chips.

The technique of preparation: to prepare a banana puree (this is easily handled blender) and add to it crushed nuts (and this blender will come in handy). Mix well the nut-and-banana puree. The mass should not be liquid, but not thick, do not stick to your hands when we make candy balls out of mashed potatoes. In the first case, you can add nuts or coconut chips, in the second - another banana puree.

We form balls (in size they should look like walnuts) and we pile them in coconut shavings, we put them in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Later, in my own culinary treasury, there was another way of making rafaello at home. Here he is. Necessary components: 100 grams of white chocolate, one third of a glass of sugar, 50 grams of butter, ten tablespoons of milk, two wafer sheets, 150 grams of almonds and 200 grams of coconut chips.

The cooking technique: melt the butter and, adding milk and sugar to it, put it on the fire. The mixture is brought to a boil and two minutes, stirring, keep on fire. Add the chopped chocolate, stirring, bring to the formation of a homogeneous mass and remove from the fire. In the cooled mixture add crushed wafer sheets, mix thoroughly. Forming candy balls, we put almonds inside each of them, we put sweets in coconut flakes and put them in the refrigerator.

By the way, there are a lot of recipes on which you can cook not only sweets of rafaello, but also dishes-snacks. Want to know how to make a home of a rafaello snack? As easy as pie. Necessary ingredients: pitted olives (1 pot), parmesan / maasdam cheese (100 grams), walnuts, crab sticks (packing), garlic (1 clove), mayonnaise, olive oil, dill and hot red pepper.

The technique of preparation: cheese together with crab sticks grate (chopped), chop the nuts. In olives (each berry) place a small amount of chopped nuts. Cheese mixed with mayonnaise, add crushed garlic, mix. To form from the cheese-garlic mass small balls, inside each of them placing a berry of olives. In the grated crab sticks, roll the balls. Separately, prepare a sauce with which to serve rafaello with crab sticks.

Sauce: washed and dried pepper (0.25 grams) and chopped dill and combine in olive oil. The dish is ready.
