How to cook halibut fish in an oven

Any fish is rich in vitamins and nutrients, and the sea still contains a minimum of bones and is pleasant to taste. Nutritionists recommend that you include fish in your diet at least once a week. But how to make it in such a way as to please the taste preferences of all the domestic ones?

For example, you can cook halibut in the oven with vegetables. To do this, you will need eggplant (you can replace zucchini), fresh tomatoes, onions. Eggplants and tomatoes are cut into circles, onions - rings. Vegetables are salted and seasoned. Eggplants are dipped in flour and fried lightly with onions in vegetable oil. One of the simplest recipes is probably the halibut in the oven, baked in foil. To do this, take the fillet, rubbed with a mixture of salt and spices, sprinkles a little with lemon juice, wrapped in foil and sent to the oven. Despite the apparent simplicity of the recipe, the result will be a tender and melting fish dish in the mouth, a side dish to which may be: a salad of fresh vegetables or boiled potatoes. To get a more juicy taste, you can put a slice of fresh tomato on each piece of fish.

Interesting and simple in cooking halibut in the oven, cooked in sour cream sauce. Small portions are lightly fried in a frying pan. In the baking dish, put onion rings, on which the fish are placed. Next is preparing the sauce itself. For this, a little flour is fried in butter, sour cream, salt, spices are added. All the while stewing, then poured into a dish. From above, the fish is lightly lubricated with lemon juice, grated cheese sprinkles on it. Prepare the dish for about half an hour at medium temperature.

It must be said that halibut, baked in the oven, is perfectly combined with many vegetables. A tasty halibut with broccoli or cauliflower can be a delicious and aromatic, and also very useful dish. For this, the fish is cut into thin, small plates, rubbed with spices and salt, laid out on a baking tray. It also places broccoli, disassembled on the inflorescence.
