Beef chops with cheese and tomatoes

300 g of beef must be cut into pieces and discarded. Salt them, pepper and fry on both sides until a crust is formed. Put them on a baking tray, top with each piece of tomato cut into half-rings (1 piece is enough), pour mayonnaise and cover with grated cheese (about 100 g). Bake in the oven until the cheese melts; Approximately minute10.

Beef chops in a beer sauce
