You will need small potatoes. It is advisable to take young fruits with yellow flesh. Also prepare finely chopped fresh herbs, seasoning "Hmeli-suneli" or "For chicken", a little vegetable oil and salt. If desired, you can add paprika, liquid mustard and black pepper. The potatoes are prepared in a rustic way very simply and quickly.

To make a white sauce, you need a thick sour cream, a bunch of fresh greens and two salted cucumbers. Dill, parsley, basil is washed under a stream of cold water, dried with a towel and finely chopped. Salted cucumbers cut into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the sauce into small bowls and decorate with a twig of green.

For red sauce, you will need ripe tomatoes, basil, dill, a little flour, vegetable oil and spices. Tomatoes are peeled and mashed with a blender or meat grinder. Greenery is crushed. In a small saucepan pour a little vegetable oil and spread tomato paste. Add salt, spices and herbs. The resulting mass is stewed for about 20 minutes. A tablespoon of flour is bred in warm water until it is uniform. After that, pour the flour mixture into the puree and mix thoroughly. Cook until the sauce thickens. It only takes 5 minutes. After that, remove the saucepan from the fire and let it cool completely. We spread the finished sauce over small bowls and decorate with greens.

We serve a potato and two types of sauce at the same time. Children, and her husband will be delighted with such a delicious meal, even for dinner, even for dinner.
