Ice cream "Grospiron": description and characteristics of the new product

In the nineties the inhabitants of Novosibirsk did not know the lack of ice cream. Products from different manufacturers got into the shops of the city thanks to the work of numerous trading companies. By the end of the decade, the popular dairy dessert was mainly supplied to the domestic market by such large local giants as Inmarko and Gulliver. This practically blocked oxygen to small wholesalers. Some of them were forced to cease their activities, while others saw a way out in creating their own production. So after a while on sale appeared ice cream "Grospiron".

A bit of history

Each manufacturer has its own story. The company "Grospiron" in 1996 was engaged exclusively in wholesale sales of ice cream. Moreover, the products entering the domestic market were mainly imported. At that time, such a business was quite popular. Things went uphill, and nothing preceded adversity. But with the appearance of large local producers in the region, the demand for imported goods has significantly decreased. This prompted the leaders of Grospiron to drastically change the direction of their activities. The company decides to restore the abandoned dairy factory, located 70 kilometers from Novosibirsk, and establish there the production of a favorite children's dessert. In 1999, the first ice cream "Grospiron" goes on sale.

The start was very successful. Products pleased the customers, as evidenced by the constantly growing sales volumes. All this created the prerequisites for the development of production. For the first ten years, the young enterprise mastered more than 90 products, which was produced on nine production lines. Ice cream "Grospiron" literally occupied the local market. Trade enterprises gladly bought a new product, which was in great demand among the population.

Distinctive feature

Numerous manufacturers who represented their goods in Siberia, for the first time could not understand what caused such a popularity of the new product. Over time, it became clear that this is the use of natural raw materials. The marketing service of the enterprise advertised this fact in every possible way, paid attention to it. Everyone wanted to buy a favorite treat for his child, which is made on the basis of natural milk, and not the reconstituted powder. In addition, the raw materials supplied by the local farmers were used for the work. This further strengthened the position of the manufacturer. But still the main distinguishing feature was that the company positioned its ice cream "Grospiron" as a real eco-product. I used every opportunity to emphasize this. For example, on the label, the composition of ice cream, which includes butter and milk, is highlighted in large letters. Even the packaging does not contain any chemicals. It is made solely of paper and cardboard. All this helps the company to stay afloat in difficult conditions of fierce competition.

Unique ice cream

In 2013, the now quite popular corporation Grospiron informed its customers that a new product called "Cream Plombir" comes to the stores. In the Russian market at that time he had no analogues.

The product is unique in that it is made according to the original recipe and consists only of natural ingredients without the use of any flavoring, preservatives or chemical stabilizers. The new cream contains only four basic ingredients:

  • whole milk;
  • sugar;
  • butter;
  • Eggs of chicken.

The product went on sale as:

  1. Waffle cones for 70 grams. For their packaging, special cardboard pyramids were developed.
  2. Eskimo at 80 grams in the original boxes.
  3. Weighted ice cream weighing 160 grams, packaged in cardboard cubes.

Customers from the new product were simply delighted, and "Cream Plombir" in a matter of hours almost disappeared from the shelves of stores.

Unlike it, "Grospiron" is firmly kept afloat and continues to develop production, creating new types of products. The company uses a standard technology for making ice cream.

The whole process consists of 6 stages:

  1. Preparation and mixing of components.
  2. Cooking mixture.
  3. Cooling the semi-finished product to +5 ... + 7 degrees.
  4. Production and packing of ice cream.
  5. Packing of finished products.
  6. Tempering in cold stores to -30 degrees.

After that the ice cream is completely ready for shipment and can be sent to any outlet.
