Delicious pie with meat: a recipe for cooking from puff and yeast dough

A pie with meat, the recipe of which we will consider later, turns out tasty and satisfying from any basis. Today we decided to present to your attention two different variants of cooking flour products, using for this self-made yeast dough and bought puff semi-finished product.

1. Patties baked with meat: a recipe with a yeast base

Necessary ingredients for dough and filling:

  • Milk fat - 550 ml;
  • Margarine creamy - 150 g;
  • Egg large chicken - 1 piece;
  • Granulated sugar - a large spoon;
  • Salt - half a dessert spoon;
  • White flour - add to the density;
  • Beef - 500 g of pulp;
  • Large bulbs - 2 pcs .;
  • Spices for stuffing - add to taste;
  • Round grain rice - 1/3 cup.

Mixing the dough

A pie with meat, the recipe of which is based on a yeast test, is prepared quite a long time. But all your works will necessarily be justified, as a result you will get very tasty and magnificent flour products.

In order to knead the yeast dough, it is necessary to heat the milk, pour sugar, yeast, salt and wait for them to dissolve. Then, add melted margarine, chicken egg and white flour to the milk mass. After mixing a thick base, it needs to be placed in a warm place for 1.3 hours.

Preparation of the filling

A pie with meat, the recipe of which is based on a filling of beef, should be formed only after the fragrant forcemeat is made. To do this, it is necessary to grind the beef in the meat grinder along with the onion, and then add spices to it and lightly fry in a pan. Next to the stuffing it is required to pour boiled round-rice rice and mix everything thoroughly.

Forming and baking dishes

After both the filling and the base are ready, one should start making pies. To do this, you need to roll an empty circle of dough (up to 7 cm in diameter), and then place in its middle minced meat and pinch edges. All finished semi-finished products must be laid out on a greased sheet and baked in the oven for 40-50 minutes.

2. Delicious puff pasty with meat: a recipe in the oven

Necessary ingredients:

  • Stuffing from minced meat - 700 g (the principle of preparation is described in the previous recipe);
  • Flaky pastry pastry - 600 g.

The process of forming and baking

A pie with meat, the recipe of which provides for the use of a layered base, is made much faster than the previous version. After all, for the preparation of such a product, there is no need to knead the dough for a long time, and then wait until it rises. Thus, for the presented dish you should take a layer of finished puff semi-finished product, roll it along, cut into squares, and then put in the middle stuffing from minced meat and nicely pinch the edges. Baking such a puff dish is exactly the same as in the previous recipe. However, the cooking time in the oven should be reduced by 10-16 minutes.

How to serve to the table correctly

Pies with meat from yeast or puff pastry should be served to the table with hot and sweet tea.
