No holiday can do without a salad on the table. To surprise the guests, I want to cook something new. Incredibly tender and delicious - a hussar salad. Recipe with herring, meat, sausage you can choose at your discretion. In any form it will become a decoration of the table.

Traditional Recipe

Gusar salad will decorate the festive table or become a tasty and hearty dinner. Ingredients:

  • 300 g of beef fillet;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • green pea;
  • 2 green apples;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs .;
  • 4 eggs;
  • mustard;
  • lemon juice;
  • kefir;
  • Mayonnaise "light";
  • bulb onions;
  • Paprika, salt and spices.

Cooking process:

  1. Potatoes and eggs boil. Then cut into small pieces of medium size.
  2. Wash the apples. Cut into cubes.

  • Smoked ham - 2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs. (Can be replaced by 6 pieces of quail eggs).
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Sour cream.

  • Corn - 250 g;
  • Prune;
  • Walnuts;
  • mayonnaise.

Step-by-step salad preparation:

  1. We cook eggs and potatoes.
  2. Drain the liquid from the corn.
  3. The ham, eggs and potatoes are cut into small cubes.
  4. We bulb the bulb with boiling water, grind it.

Gusar salad: dietary recipe

This cooking option is very unusual. It is completely different from the traditional recipes of hussar salads. What you need:

  • Celery root - young, 2 pcs.
  • Raisins, prunes.
  • Lemon.
  • A pineapple.
  • The apple is green.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt pepper.

When preparing salad, use both canned pineapple and fresh. Preparation:

  1. Raisins and prunes are filled with hot water. While he is swelling, we will prepare the rest of the products.
  2. Celery is cleaned from a thin skin, rubbed on a large grater. We put in a deep bowl, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Apple and pineapple cut straws. To facilitate the process, use a grater for Korean carrots.
  4. With raisins drain the water, add to the celery.
  5. Spread the apple and pineapple. Mix all the ingredients.
  6. We fill it with olive oil, pepper.
