Gherkin: what is and what it eats

Korshinon is the name of some groups of small-fruited varieties of cucumber seed, as well as their small fruits, which are removed before maturation. Such miniature vegetables are used for conservation.

  4. After boil the water, pour it into the jar, cover the top with a lid. Leave it like that for ten minutes.
  5. Now drain the water again in a saucepan. Put salt and sugar in the same place. Bring to a boil the brine. After pour it back, into the jar.
  6. Do not forget to add vinegar to the bank at the end. Roll it with a lid.

Another recipe

Now we will consider another recipe for gherkins for the winter. Such cucumbers will suit any food.

For cooking, you will need:

  • Two liters of water;
  • One kilogram of gherkins;
  • Three cloves of garlic;
  • One teaspoon of mustard in the grains;
  • One small carrot;
  • 70 ml of vinegar 9%;
  • Two bay leaves;
  • Ten grams of dill with umbrellas;
  • Two teaspoons of salt;
  • Two st. Spoons of sugar;
  • 4 things. Sweet pepper and as much black pepper;
  • Two leaves of horseradish, currants and cherries.

Collect all this, start cooking.

Preparing the billet for the winter

First rinse the cucumbers. Fill with water. Then let them stand for about an hour.
Pour the bottom of the jars with dill, leaves. Then add a little carrot, cut into slices, horseradish, garlic and mustard (granular).

Now cut the tails of the cucumbers, lay their cans tightly. Pour in the sugar, salt. Then pour in the vinegar, add black and sweet pepper, bay leaf.

Boil the water, cool to forty degrees. And then pour the gherkins with water to the top. Then close the lid.

  1. First chop the cabbage so that it turns out to be about six cups.
