In private houses, cottages and dachas, where there is no centralized gas pipeline, gas stoves are used for balloon gas. Cylinders are filled with propane-butane liquefied mixture. Natural gas (methane) to convert to a liquid state at room temperature is not possible. The gazplit with a cylinder is allowed to be installed in a building that has no more than two floors. Equipment placement

To avoid trouble with gas leakage during use, the gas stove for the balloon gas must be correctly connected to the source. It is better to install the cylinder on the street, but it is necessary to take into account that in frosty weather the gas evaporates poorly and the plate stops working normally. When installed outside the building, the container should be located no closer than 0.5 m from the windows and 1.0 m from the doors. If there are basement and basement rooms nearby, the distance from the entrances to them is maintained at least 3 m. The container must be protected from heating above 45 ° C and mechanical damage. To accommodate the cylinder use special cabinets.

The cylinder, installed in the cabinet outside the room, is connected to a steel pipe laid along the outer wall, at a height of not less than 2.2 m from the ground level. Inside the building, a flexible hose is installed to the pipe through the shut-off valve and brought directly to the plate. Gas plates for balloon gas are installed at a distance of not less than 0.5 m from the vessel (with the exception of built-in ones) and not closer than 1 m from the heating devices. When equipping a protective shield of non-combustible materials that protects against heat, let us assume an interval of 0.5 m. Connecting devices

The pressure of the gas in the cylinder can have different values. A certain pressure should be applied to the plate nozzles - 0.3 MPa. To reduce it when a combustible mixture comes in, a reducer is used. It has a left thread and is screwed only with a carabiner key, so as not to cause a spark. As sealing materials, the FUM tape, flax with paste, paronit pads are used. Gas stoves for balloon gas, if properly connected, should produce an even flame with a blue tint. The diameter of the nozzles in nozzles of similar equipment should be 0,89-0,93 mm.

For connection it is strictly forbidden to use hoses that are not intended for use in the gas system - water, hydraulic, oxygen, etc. Fittings are also installed only for gas purposes. They must have a conical seal and a landing mirror. Before buying a flexible hose, pay attention to the thread size at the entrance to the cooker. You may need an adapter, usually it comes with a stove. Also note the shape of the inlet nozzle. It can be straight and angular. For the straight, a hose with a square on the end is required. The length of the connection is no more than 1.5 m. If a hose without connecting elements is used, a nipple is wound on the inlet branch pipe using the winding. It can be enclosed in a plate. In this case, the hose to the fitting and to the output of the reducer is connected by means of clamps.

The assembled hose, reducer and connection points must be accessible for inspection. After installation, the tightness of the joints is checked with a soapy foam. When opening the cylinder, it should not bubble. If leakage occurs, close the gas and replace the gaskets or tighten the clamps.

The portable gas cooker is equipped with a plug-in disposable collet cylinder. But in some models it is possible to connect more volumetric vessels with an adapter.

Do not install gas stoves for balloon gas in premises with a cellar, a cellar and next to other rooms with a lower level. Propane-butane mixture is much heavier than air and has the property of accumulating in unventilated enclosed places.
