This simple dish is a European response to the famous American analogue - "hot dog". But if the French-dog is considered (in particular by the same gourmets-Frenchmen) a dish more refined and delicate than a hot dog, then in appearance and method of preparation it is not much different from its state colleague. Shall we try to cook it?

  9. French-dog is ready for use (as a rule, it is eaten "with heat and heat", as it is less delicious in a refrigerated form). As you can see, it is easier to prepare it.

Such a simple recipe is the best solution for any picnic in nature, when you do not want to, for example, "bother" with a shish kebab, plov, or a soup, and you just wanted to have a tasty snack. In addition, on the grill or on an open fire, it turns out even more delicious, with a haze. The main thing here: to pay close attention to the choice of the main ingredient - sausages. They should be natural to the maximum (preferably in the intestinal membrane), without any additives such as soy and preservatives, and then your French food will be excellent - just lick your fingers.
