  • 2 liters of filtered water,
  • ½ kg cauliflower,
  • 1 large onion,
  • Several tablespoons of "Hercules"
  • Garlic for your taste, a spoonful of flour, greens,
  • 2 carrots.

Boil cauliflower in salted water and, without draining the vegetable broth, crush the blender. In the prepared soup base, pour the oatmeal and place the saucepan on a small fire so that it swells. Make a dressing of onions and carrots, at the end add the flour. Combine the fried vegetables with soup, boil, put the chopped garlic, a little nutmeg and sprinkle with greens.

  • · 1 medium fork of cabbage,
  • · 1/5 kg of beans (or can),
  • · Vegetable oil, onion, tomato paste.

Slice the cabbage, warm up the dishes with a thick bottom, pour in the oils and stew the cabbage until soft. Separately fry the onions. If you plan to use dried beans, pour it in advance (3-4 hours) with hot water for swelling and boil. Connect all components shortly before the readiness, if necessary, add ketchup or tomato paste at the same time.

  • ½ kg of oatmeal,
  • Water - 1 glass,
  • 2 onions and 2 garlic cloves / 2 apples,

Cook a thick oatmeal porridge, cool. Raw and peeled onions, garlic and greens finely chop, preferably in a blender. Combine the porridge with vegetables, pepper and salt. Well, warm up the frying pan with enough oil (if it is not enough - it will stick), lay out the pancake loafers with a spoon and fry on both sides.

You can make a sweet version of fritters. To do this, you need to add 2 tables in the process of cooking the Hercules. A spoonful of sugar and, until the porridge cools, finely chop two apples. Then mix, if the mass is liquid, you can add flour. Bake the same way as the first option.

Sweet Christmas fasts are always present on the daily and festive table. You can make honey rugs, yeast pancakes or on brine, pies with various fillings, bagels on mineral water with jams and jam, cookies and even lean cake.

For this recipe it is better to take brine from under pickled tomatoes, so it turns out tastier and more aromatic. Mix the dough of medium density from 1 cup of brine and 1 kg of flour, 1 teaspoon of soda, 1 cup of sugar and a few spoons of vegetable oil. Bake as usual.
