What categories includes the concept of engineering

ITR workers are all who can be attributed to managers, specialists or technical executors. The category of managers includes those who are in charge of the management of the whole organization, as well as of its separate services and units, as well as of the deputies of the latter.

ENDS specialists are referred to one of several different groups. The first group is those who are engaged in work related to agriculture or forestry, livestock farming, and aquaculture. The second - workers of economic or engineering and technical sphere. The specialists of the third group are working in the sphere of international relations. Is it only a "bare" salary?

In addition to the solid amount of salary, there is a system of surcharges, allowances and various bonus payments.

Such workers are rewarded in connection with the growth of output and the reduction of its cost, compliance with contractual obligations, increased labor productivity, saving of raw materials and fuel.

In comparison with the standardization of labor of the worker, the same procedure for ITP and employees is a more complicated task. After all, in this case we are dealing with a process with a predominance of mental labor, which is not directly measurable. For example, engineer-technician in the production directly behind the machine is not worth it - he manages the process. So how do you evaluate his work?

The main task in the normalization of the activities of such employees is the establishment of the labor intensity of each of the types of work that they perform, and the calculation of the required number of employees. Both actions are intertwined. The first of them is necessary for the successful division of labor duties and the optimal distribution of employees in accordance with the qualification characteristics.

Second - the establishment of the number of this category of workers serves to establish the optimal proportions between individual posts, build a rational management apparatus, plan the required staff and payroll.
