Many buy products, as they say, for future use. And often they are forgotten about them. They get spoiled, and it's a shame to throw it away. Of course, spoiled vegetables or moldy bread should be thrown away: nobody needs food poisoning . But some food products are completely amenable to further processing. Let's say milk. Especially home, which is stored not too long, since it does not contain preservatives. In this article we will tell you what to cook from sour milk. It turns out, in addition to curd from curdled milk, you can cook quite a lot of other interesting dishes. One option is a cream dessert made from sour milk. What else can you do? Yes anything! Kefir and yogurt, pancakes and fritters, mannik and all kinds of pastries. But since in one article all this delicious variety can not be described, we will dwell on several options.

So, prepare the cream dessert. Take one glass of sour cream and sour milk, 2/3 cups of sugar, one teaspoon of gelatin, one peel of one orange. Mix sour cream with 1/2 cup of sour milk, add sugar, zest and dissolved gelatin in the remaining yogurt. The resulting mixture is put in a container with ice or on a cold surface, and whisk until it thickens. Then lay out in the crockery. On top decorate with orange slice and powdered sugar. We put in the refrigerator for two or three hours.

The next thing we will cook is a salad dressing (and also a salad). As is known, as dressings use vegetable oil, mayonnaise or sour cream. "And what about the sour milk that can be made?", You ask. We answer: a tasty and healthy sauce! We need a few tomatoes (depending on the desired number of servings), lettuce leaves, twenty grams of horseradish, parsley greens. We cut the tomatoes in half and put them on the salad leaves. And now - a sauce made of sour milk. What can I do: take 150 grams of "sour" and whip in a blender with horseradish and greens. The second option - all these ingredients slightly protrude in a saucepan, adding a little nutmeg. With the resulting sauce we pour tomatoes and decorate everything with freshly chopped green dill or parsley. Done!

We continue to cook from sour milk! What can I do to keep the product out? Our next recipe is taken from the national cuisine of Bulgaria. Take two or three zucchini, peel and cut into circles of the same thickness. We put them in salted boiling water, add dill and keep until ready on a small fire. Take out with the help of noise and lay out on a platter. We beat 0.5 liters of sour milk with 4-5 pressed denticles of garlic and parsley and dill. Separately, in a frying pan, melt some butter with ground paprika. We mix everything thoroughly. Pour the resulting zucchini sauce. Ready meals can be served both hot and cold.

Very delicious baking is obtained from sour milk. What can you do, say, on a Sunday tea party or just for each day? Excellent option - donuts! They are prepared quickly and easily. We need: 1 kg of sifted flour, 0.5 liters of sour milk, ten grams of yeast, 1 glass of pure water, 500 grams of margarine, powdered sugar and a little salt. Milk whisked with eggs and yeast dissolved in water. Mix all this with flour. Knead the soft dough. Leave it for an hour. Then we knead the dough and roll it into a thin layer. Using a round shape or a normal cup, cut out the circles. With moistened hands, we form the balls and fry them in a deep fryer or a lot of oil until golden brown. Sprinkle the resulting donuts with powdered sugar.
