To prepare a drink according to this recipe, it is desirable to select ripe fruits of medium size. This is to ensure that they fit in the bank. Large specimens will have to be divided in advance in two, taking out the bones at the same time.

Well washed fruits are laid out on previously sterilized glass containers. It is important that they reach almost to the very top of the can.   • Kilogram of fruit (peaches and nectarines).
  • Two liters of purified water.
  • 500-700 grams of sugar.

It should be noted that the amount of the last ingredient varies depending on the sweetness of the fruits used.
