In this case, there are several options for serving food, depending on the situation and the size of the zucchini. It can be stuffed, cut in half and got "boats" or cut into posts 5-6 cm long and placed vertically. As for the filling itself, then you can fantasize endlessly, depending on the availability of certain products and culinary preferences of the chef.

This method of cooking dishes can be considered classic, because the products are used a little. But this does not mean that it will not taste good. Perhaps not too exquisite, but on a festive table such a dish is not at all to be ashamed of. Before you bake zucchini with minced meat in the oven, you should prepare the food. For 1,5 kg of young (but not very small) zucchini take 300 g of ground beef, half a glass of rice, salt with pepper to taste, a glass of water, a little vegetable oil for frying, a glass of sour cream, flour, greens, a pair of onions, 150 g of solid Cheese.

First cook rice according to the instructions on the package and leave it to cool. Then prepare zucchini. They need to be washed and cut off the tips. Then they are divided into 2-3 parts across to get "kegs" of approximately equal size. Using a spoon, remove the middle, leaving the bottom. The core is chopped and fried in vegetable oil, along with finely chopped onions. Zucchini is boiled in salt water for 3-4 minutes, and then cooled.

In minced meat, add rice, onion with roasted core, salt, pepper and stir. The resulting mixture is filled with boiled squash and set them in a deep baking tray or baking dish. Then, from the flour, water and sour cream prepare the sauce, which is filled with zucchini, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. When serving, decorate with greens.

If the time is very short and you need to quickly prepare a tasty, satisfying dish, this recipe will do. There is nothing to pre-cook, scrape with a spoon or stuff - everything is much easier. You only need a medium zucchini, 300 g of any minced meat, 100 g of cheese, a little salt, mayonnaise, a bulb and 3 tomatoes. If there is greens, it will also come in handy. The courgette needs to be washed and cut into rings, as for a normal frying. Then the rings are laid out in a pre-greased form, minced meat mixed with finely chopped onions, herbs and mayonnaise, salt to taste. Form small cutlets and spread on zucchini. Tomatoes are washed, cut with rings and placed on top. Before you bake zucchini with minced meat in the oven, you need to sprinkle it with grated cheese, and when the dish is ready - decorate with greens.

How to bake zucchini with mince in the oven in the form of boats

This dish is batch-sized. For 1 zucchini (2 servings), take 150 grams of minced meat, a spoonful of sour cream, a small onion, vegetable oil, salt, bay leaves, ground pepper, 30 grams of cheese. The smooth young zucchini is washed, dried, cut in half and spooned out the middle, which can be cut and added to ground meat. Onions finely chop, mix with meat, salt (the same will be the core of the vegetable marrow). Boats are stuffed, laid out in deep form and poured with sour cream, diluted with boiling water. In the same sauce, add salt and spices. On top of each boat sprinkled with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
