First you need to cook the sauce: everything, except the egg and the asparagus, should be well mixed in a blender. If desired, you can also add black pepper. Cooked in a double boiler, the asparagus should be cut into pieces, poured with sauce, sprinkled with crackers and crumbled egg.

However, this is not all simple and affordable dishes from asparagus. For example, you can make soup from asparagus, the recipe of which is given below.

This will require: 500 g of asparagus, 2 liters of water, 50 g of butter, 100 ml of creamy fat, salt, 2 tablespoons of flour, pepper.

Asparagus should be washed and well cleaned, remove a thin skin, rinse again and cut into pieces 1.5 cm into the pan should be poured 2 liters of water, heat to a boil and put in it asparagus. Salt and cook for 15 minutes.

While the asparagus is brewed, it is necessary to make a flour pasturing - in a small frying pan we melt the butter, in it we brown the flour to a golden color. Remove from the plate and let it cool slightly, but not completely. From the pan you need to take 100 ml of broth and, continuously stirring with a whisk so that no lumps appear, pour the broth into the flour.

When the asparagus is ready, it is necessary to remove the pan from the plate, to catch several whole pieces, the rest of the soup content to grind with a blender or wipe through a sieve. Now we need to put the pan back on the fire, bring it to a boil and, stirring it with a whisk, enter flour paste, then cream and whole pieces of asparagus. We give the dish one more time to boil. We put freshly ground pepper, spices to taste. Soup is ready, you can pour on plates.
