Delicious blanks for the winter, or How to cook lecho in a multivariate?
A multivarker is nowadays considered an indispensable appliance in the kitchen, because even an inexperienced mistress can cook delicious and healthy dishes with her help. "Electric saucepan" allows you to stew, fry, cook, bake and so on. It may seem incredible, but the device will help in the conservation and harvesting of products for the winter! In this article, we will talk about how to prepare lecho in a multivark - a famous Hungarian dish, which we prepare for the winter every year. The recipe is very simple!
Lecho in the multivariate is prepared about an hour and a half, and this is taking into account the preparation of the necessary ingredients. What is needed for cooking?
Recipe lecho in the multivarke involves the use of such products:
- 1.5 kg of tomatoes;
- 350 g carrots;
- 350 g of onions;
- 350 g of sweet Bulgarian pepper;
- Approximately 100 ml of sunflower oil (preferably unrefined);
- 1 tbsp. Tablespoons of salt;
- 50 g of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon vinegar.
The first thing you need to do is tomato. It is better to give preference to large fleshy vegetables, so that lecho is more delicious. Tomatoes should be washed very well and cut into pieces. The base of the peduncle is removed, the rest is passed through the meat grinder. Then you need to clean the carrots and shred it. To lecho was not only tasty and useful, but also beautiful, advise shred carrots with a special grater, so that the pieces were the same.
Next, the tomato mixture pours out into the bowl of the multivark, there is added vegetable oil, salt and vinegar. The above ingredients are mixed, then carrots are added to them.
In each multivark there is a mode "Quenching", and it is necessary for cooking lecho. It takes about 25 minutes. While carrots are stewed in tomato puree, it is necessary to peel the onions and cut into half rings. Pepper is cut in half, after which the stalk and seeds are removed. Then pepper cut into half rings.
