Homemade fast food OR a hamburger recipe

If you give children free will, they will not think of eating porridge or soup, limiting themselves to hamburgers, hot dogs and other fast food. Of course, this variant of the development of events does not suit parents at all, who by all means try to make the nutrition of their offspring not only tasty, but also useful (in extreme cases, at least not harmful, which is very difficult to expect from "fast food"). Therefore, you should know how to make hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs at home. Such dishes are perfect for breakfast, especially if it is not easy for a child to "shove" something in the morning before classes, and also serve as a good afternoon snack or snack. They can be taken with you on a trip or for a walk, for example, in a thermos bottle, or you can prepare such goodies not only for the child, but also for his friends and arrange a fun children's picnic.

With hot dogs it's quite simple: you need to take a special bun, put in a sausage, add ketchup (or homemade sauce), a variety of greens and vegetables (optional). The hamburger recipe is a little more complicated. In principle, you can build a semblance of a hamburger from suitable products: in a round bun, shove a cutlet, add a lettuce leaf, salted or fresh sliced cucumber, tomato slice, sauce - that's all the wisdom. But such a number can pass with the kids, and older children will immediately grasp the parental cunning and say that this is not a real hamburger. Therefore, you need to remember the correct recipe for a hamburger, in order to be able to please the children with a delicious and mouth-watering dish.

Rolls for hamburgers can be bought ready, and you can bake them yourself. To do this, for two glasses of wheat flour, you need to take a quarter of a teaspoon of salt, one and a half tablespoons of milk powder and butter (you must first soften it properly), one tablespoon of sugar, half a glass of hot water, sesame and caraway seeds. The cooking technology is as follows:

- Mix half of the flour with sugar, milk powder, salt and softened butter;

- gradually add water (while thoroughly mixing the dough);
- add to the received mass the rest of a flour, and gradually, instead of all at once;
- Covered with a towel dough to leave in a warm place for an hour or slightly less (as a result, it should be twice as much);

- crumble up the dough and leave for about another half an hour;

- to form round buns (a little flattening them from above and from below), lay them on a greased baking sheet, and let them stand for about an hour;
- grease buns with melted butter, sprinkle with cumin and (or) sesame and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake at medium temperature (190 degrees).

But the recipe for a hamburger is not only a bun, it's also a filling. In order to cook a delicious and regular cutlet, you need 900 grams of minced meat (preferably beef), a bulb, salt, pepper, oil for frying. Add the minced onions (which also need to be twisted in a meat grinder), salt and pepper, form round flat flat cakes and fry them on both sides in a frying pan or on a grill. To enhance the taste in minced meat before frying, you can add a little sauce.

And then everything is simple. You need to take a bun, cut along two halves, apply a mayonnaise on the bottom, put a lettuce leaf, cooked meatballs, a piece of cucumber and tomato, a ring of onions, add a little ketchup and cover with a top half. That's the whole hamburger recipe. If a child prefers cheeseburgers, you need to add a slice of cheese in the filling. By the way, for fish lovers you can cook so-called "fishburgers" - buns with fish cutlets, a very tasty and unusual dish. In general, everything depends on children's (and adult) preferences and on culinary fantasies.
