Ingredients for a three-liter jar:

  • Salt - 70 g;
  • Cucumbers and tomatoes (800 grams each);
  • Sugar - 35-38 g;
  • A pair of laurel leaves;
  • Half a teaspoon of citric acid;
  • Pepper peas - 5-7 pieces;
  • A few cloves of garlic (three to four will be quite enough);
  • Two sweet peppers and as many bulbs;
  • Leaves of an oak, a currant and a cherry - three-four pieces;
  • Amaranth - one branch;
  • Aspirin - three tablets;
  • Water-1.5 liters.

Preparation of food
