Take seven hundred grams of chicken, forty grams of chilled butter, one hundred grams of melted cheese, some fresh greens, two chicken eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Chop the chicken fillets into small cubes, chop the greens and finely chop the cheese. The oil must also be finely chopped. Mix all ingredients, add eggs and a couple of tablespoons of breading.
