Constant overfatigue. Symptoms and methods of dealing with it.

What is human life ? It is a constant series of crises and ups, failures and joyful moments. Scientists have proved that it is the constant oscillation of such conditions that is a sign of good health and excellent health. And, on the contrary, a boring, monotonous life that does not give emotions, soon leads to disruption of the work of the most vital functions of our body. People say: "If a person does not know grief, he will not understand what true happiness is." And this is true. But what if there is a constant feeling of weakness and fatigue, and in life, as an integral part of it, incessant overwork?

Symptoms of this condition are manifested in a decrease in the concentration of attention and memory, depression, headaches, body aches and pains in the joints, uncomfortable condition of the whole organism. Basically, this disease is typical for women. Specialists call this condition a syndrome of chronic fatigue. Probably, you have noticed more than once that it's only necessary to work for a few days in the "emergency" mode or to be nervous, as soon as the overall well-being changes. Many people ask themselves: "I quickly got tired, why? After all, the rhythm of life is almost the same as always. Maybe it's a cold? "Indeed, if you have a prolonged fatigue, its symptoms are very similar to the onset of a viral infection. Fatigue inflicts a very strong blow to the immune system of a person, weakens health, and a person can get sick. The disease may not occur, but our internal system asks for help and urgently requires support and rest. Therefore, if you feel fatigue, the symptoms of which speak for themselves, immediately turn off the "autopilot" mode and start taking care of your health.

If there is a strong weakness, then you need bed rest, vitamin intake and complete relaxation. Try to balance physical activity and rest, and well-being will quickly return to normal. Start every day doing gymnastics - it will strengthen the muscles, improve the performance of the lungs and heart. Take the rule of walking outdoors, and the longer, the better. If there are problems and cases, distribute them, and do not solve all at once. Find a place in your busy schedule for meetings with friends, going to the theater and visiting. Take more time for yourself, love yourself and protect.

If the mood is bad in the morning, I want to find an object on which it is possible to break, and such conditions start to go back to normal, then you have too much overexertion, which can lead to fatigue and overwork. Symptoms of this kind may also be symptoms of the approaching menstruation, but in any case your internal overstrain just goes off scale, and this situation threatens not only a strong weakening of immunity, but also fraught with more serious illnesses than a common cold. Take yourself in hand and try to relax, take a horizontal position and put everything aside. Now it's just necessary. Take a vacation, take a break from all the factors that irritate you. If fatigue is coming, the symptoms of which are expressed in this way, the consequences can lead to serious depression, neuroses, sleep problems, severe headaches and disruptions.

Learn to relax and overcome stress, do not use sleeping pills, it is addictive and does not help to cope with the problem. It's better to give up cigarettes and alcohol, do respiratory gymnastics, massage, relax, meditate, and then the question "I'm quickly tired, why it happened and what to do?" Will no longer arise. And remember - work must always be loved, only then it will bring joy, and not cause stress.
