After all, the chicken in the oven is not prepared for several minutes. However, if you still decide on this difficult step, then get ready, because the chicken in the oven, the recipe of which I will now tell you, will not leave anyone indifferent in the world.

What do you need to cook this dish? Of course, for starters - the chicken itself. Best of all, of course, if the chicken is homemade and fresh, this ensures that you do not swallow any harmful substances with it. Choose not a large, but not quite a skinny chicken. It is advisable not to buy a frozen chicken, but fresh, and cook it on the same day. Now directly to the cooking process.

We need chicken 2-2.5 kg, salt, spices, mayonnaise 200 grams, quince - 1 pc, 2-3 cloves of garlic.

The chicken should be washed and cleaned of the entrails, grilled on a gas stove to remove all unnecessary. Wash the chicken in the water, and let it stand for about 10 minutes. If the chicken is not very fresh, or you suspect that it is already a bird that has already seen the species, do the following: pour 3 liters of water into the chicken container, and add 4 tablespoons of salt. Stir thoroughly until the crystals disappear salt. Put chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but not more than 5 hours. This simple trick will make your chicken very delicate. After the chicken is infused, put it on the board and get the condiments. Here you can enjoy everything your soul desires. Someone likes to add a lot of pepper, someone on the contrary, does not tolerate bitterness. And yet we must remember that rubbing the chicken with salt, pepper and other seasonings is necessary not only from the outside, but also inside. On the hips and breast, make small incisions, insert the cloves of garlic. Now quince. Since ancient times it was believed that quince can give a unique flavor and taste to any dish. Currently, it is actively used in the Caucasian French cuisine, and there they know a lot about food. So, you need to wash the quince, remove the fluff and wand. Make a few cuts on it and gently shove it into the belly of our chicken. If you want to (I personally strongly advise), you need to use a needle and thread and sew a hole, after adding a little more spices. Cook the chicken with mayonnaise, so that when the chicken in the oven is baked, it has a uniform golden hue. There is one more important point. You can not make a mistake in the cooking time. There is a fairly simple way to calculate how much the chicken will be about to cook. On average, a small-sized chicken takes 60 minutes. For every 0.2 kg of weight, add another 15 minutes. A simple example, if the chicken weighs 2 kg, then add 30 minutes, it will be 90 minutes for cooking. Of course, this is at a temperature in the oven of 180 C. It remains to add the final touch. You can use a foil or a special baking package to make a delicious chicken in the oven. In no case do not lay the chicken until the temperature has become the one indicated above, otherwise it will harm the dish.

Whatever it was, you need to spend this time near the stove, because depending on the age of the bird, the cooking time can vary, and it's important not to miss the moment. Well, who will like the chicken in the oven, which burned? That's right - to no one. A little trick: to chicken baked evenly, about once every 15-20 minutes, turn the pan. As soon as the long-awaited hour comes, when you can finally take our chicken out of the oven, the smell will immediately knock you off your feet, the fragrant chicken is ready. Remove the package, or foil, but be careful, very hot. Better even wait a little while to cool. Try not to damage the peel when you remove it. Serve on the table on a large dish, decorated with greens or olives.
