Put the chicken in a deep form, salt it well, add pepper and the necessary amount of wine to taste. Close tightly with a lid and put in the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 120 degrees.

Remove the chicken, put oil on it and return it to the oven. If you want it to turn rosy, then 10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the lid. Before you take out the chicken, put two more remaining branches of rosemary on it for 2-3 minutes.
