Accordingly, then the words "Noah", "Mu", "Gung", "Talay" and "Pla" will be added to the title "Khao Pad". On the other hand, the chicken in Thai - "Kai Pad Med Mamuang" - no less tasty with boiled rice, as well as with special Thai noodles "Pad Tai". However, that's not all. Even if you decide to cook chicken with fried rice, then in this case there is no one template. You can add pineapple, vegetables, cashew, honey, curry, oyster sauce or ketchup. Chicken Thai with vegetables

Half a kilo of chicken fillet, dried with a towel, cut into thin strips and left to marinate in soy sauce for half an hour. In the meantime, shred the onion with semicircles, two Bulgarian peppers - thin strips, carrots cut with small blocks. We slip three cloves of garlic through a press. We strain the chicken, but do not pour out the soy sauce . Ideally, this dish requires a special frying pan-wok. She has a thin bottom in the middle and thicker at the edges. However, you can cook chicken in a conventional frying pan. Pour it into the vegetable oil, calcine it and spread the breast. After ten minutes of roasting without a lid, we shift the meat to a plate, and in its place we place vegetables. Fry them for five minutes without a lid, after which we return the chicken, pour in a gram of fifty dry wine and three tablespoons of liquid honey. A little starch is bred in a small amount of soy sauce, poured into a frying pan. Fire under it is maximized and we prepare another five minutes.

Another recipe with vegetables

According to this order, a delicious chicken in Thai will be ready in forty minutes. Marinate meat is not necessary. Just fry it in butter until white and put it on a plate. Chopped vegetables (onions, carrots and peppers) are fried. In the bowl, mix four tablespoons of soy sauce with flour. We add honey, a dough of the garlic, passed through the press, a pinch of black pepper. Also add two spoons of curry to the sauce. This liquid is poured with vegetables, we put on the pan and chicken. All the stew with a quarter of an hour. Separately in the steamer we prepare rice "Jasmine". If desired, you can fry it. We put in the pianos, we place the main dish on top.

If you are not afraid of difficulties or if you are currently in South-East Asia, then you can cook a dish "Thai chicken" by all rules. You will need two spoons of red curry paste, the same amount of fish or oyster sauce and vegetable oil. Also stock up the stems of sorghum (lemon-grassa). We begin to cook. We make curry a quarter of a glass of water and butter. Pour into the wok and warm up. Add a pound of chicken breast cut into slices without skin, mix, pour fish sauce, fry over high heat and move to the edge of the pan, sprinkling with chopped lemon sorghum. In the center of the wok we pour two pre-loosened eggs. Fry for one minute, cut into strips, mixed with chicken. Also we add two glasses of boiled rice of a grade "Jasmin". Chicken Thai with pineapple

Add a small piece of shabby ginger and canned pineapple, strained from the syrup. Further on the frying pan squeeze two cloves of garlic through the press and pour in two spoons of tomato paste. This dish is perfectly combined with boiled and fried rice.

"Kai Pad Med Mamuang"

In translation, this means "chicken with cashews". In Thai, it should also be with a fair amount of hot chili, but for the delicate stomachs of Europeans prepare a dish without this last ingredient. Breast is cleaned from the skin, cut into long strips, breaded in flour. Sweet pepper, 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped green onions and shallots. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil until ready, put it on a napkin to stack the fat. We place vegetables on the place of meat, fry for 3 minutes. Add 100 grams of large-roasted cashew nuts. Now came the turn of pouring sauces: a spoonful of fish, twice as large as oyster and tomato. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with sugar to taste. Stir and add the chicken. A minute later turn off and serve with boiled rice. This is the most successful side dish to this dish.

Fried rice with basil and chicken

It's not that hard. We cook rice in a steamer - it should turn out two cups. As always, Thai chicken is a thin strip of fillet without skin and bones. For this dish, we need a spoon of basil paste. We fry it on a small fire for one minute. After that, add the chicken and cook for seven minutes. After this time we put green peas and boiled rice. Stirring. Pour two tablespoons of fish sauce, sprinkle a little sugar. In another pan, fry two spoons of chopped shallots and a few cloves of garlic. Sprinkle with these spices already removed from the fire rice. We decorate with freshly squeezed cucumber and fried egg.
