Champignons fried with onions. A few simple recipes

Champignons are one of the few mushrooms that can be grown at home or on a special "mushroom" farm. In addition, champignon is the only mushroom that can be eaten raw. Dishes from this product can be cooked very different. These are soups, sauces or salads, or simply champignons fried with onions. It is these mushrooms that contain more than two dozen amino acids and useful substances, essential for the healthy growth of the human body, for example, phenylalanine, lysine, valine, threonine, methionine, cystine and others.

Before we start discussing the preparation, let's think about it and remember again how to choose the right mushrooms, because nowadays they come from a variety of sources on store shelves or on market stalls. When choosing the main thing to remember that the mushrooms should be without darkening and damage on the surface. It is worth paying attention to the size of the mushrooms - they should all be approximately the same. This will be an indicator that all the mushrooms are collected from one "bed" and they were not peppered with less fresh remains from previous unsold lots. Ideally, pre-packaged fresh mushrooms should not only have a presentable appearance and maximally similar size, but also contain in the package as little as possible of the land that goes to stores along with this product.

Then fry the resulting straw, along with onions and garlic on a small amount of vegetable oil. When chopped legs of champignons are almost ready, add a little cream or sour cream to them. Then we give the resulting mixture a little cool and fill it with the hats left after the first stage of cooking. Fill the top with grated cheese and spices, then put in the oven for ten to fifteen minutes.

Do not forget that champignons fried with onions, can be combined with the most unusual products. For example, during frying, not only onions can be added to the mushrooms, but canned pineapple, diced, prunes and other dried fruits, as well as cooked and chopped eggs or "chili" tomatoes.

It should be noted that mushrooms cooked in this way can serve not only as the main dish, but as a side dish to white meat. And in combination with a salad of fresh vegetables, this dish turns into a very useful lunch or dinner.

Before frying mushrooms can be cooked a little, and the remaining broth used to make soups or sauces. Served on the table fried mushrooms can be both hot and cold (for example, as a cold snack).
