To the stuffing it is necessary to add dill and grated cheese, all as it is necessary to mix. After the dough rises approximately twice, it needs to be rolled out to make a rectangle. - meatloaf - cooking from minced meat and potatoes. For this you need - potatoes - about 1 kg, cheese - 100 grams, egg - 2 pieces, butter - 3 spoons, onions, sour cream - 1 glass, boiled meat or minced meat - 500 grams, a little broth, salt and pepper. Potatoes are cooked and mashed in the form of mashed potatoes, then put eggs and oil in it, mix everything well. If the meat is taken boiled, then it must be scrolled, then fry the onions in butter and mix with the meat. Add pepper, broth, salt and simmer to the mixture for 3 minutes. With the help of food film, prepare meat loaf. To do this, spread the potato mixture on it in about 2 cm layer, and then put the meat filling. Then roll up the roll and remove the film, only gently.
