The classic way

Usually cauliflower in creamy sauce is used as a full breakfast or light dinner. Especially it is respected by vegetarians and lovers of healthy eating. To prepare, you need a minimum set of ingredients: 600 grams of cabbage, 20 grams of flour, 1 lemon, salt, 300 milliliters of cream, a little sugar and 30 grams of butter.

Making cauliflower in a creamy sauce is extremely simple:

  1. First, the main product must be processed. To do this, it should be cleared from the leaves and for a few minutes put in a pan filled with water with vinegar and salt. This procedure is necessary in order to remove possible insects.

Everything is done extremely simply:
