Cholesterol diet: benefits for the body

With an increased level of cholesterol, not only drug treatment can help, but also a cholesteric diet. Below you can find options for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts. Daily you need to choose one of the options.

Breakfast:

  1. Low-fat milk, toast with honey and wheat cake.

Lunches:

Meat is used with vegetables no more than once in two days. Several times a week you need to eat fish and seafood. Most of the diet should be porridge. Especially useful is oatmeal. To find out whether a diet is effective for lowering cholesterol, regular blood tests should be done regularly for 7-8 weeks.
