The classic recipe of this dessert was once thought up specially for the royal family, and today it is known to every mistress. Aromatic, gentle and easy to prepare - he was just doomed to success.

However, today, when you can buy a ready-made "Medovik" cake in the store, the classic recipe has been forgotten by many. And this despite the fact that manufacturers often put cheaper margarine, vegetable fats and essence instead of butter, condensed milk and honey. To prevent the blanks from bubbling, pre-prick them with a fork.
