Well, I want to offer a pie with chicken and mushrooms. Dough for this pie is suitable for anyone. We will consider both options: with yeast and without yeast. So, for a yeast dough, we need: 500 grams of wheat flour (preferably of the highest grade, in the extreme case of the first grade), 1 egg, 50 grams of butter, half a cup of water, 20 grams of dry or pressed yeast, salt, a little sugar Quickly fermented and rose). The egg is beaten with salt and sugar, add warm water (the water temperature should not be above 40 ° C, otherwise the yeast simply "weld"), the softened butter, mix. Flour is introduced in small portions and knead the dough. As you noticed, I cook the dough without spores, so it takes much less time and the dough does not get sour, as for example with the cooking method. Then we remove the dough in a warm place and wait until it rises. It will take about an hour to wait.

To cook a pie with chicken and mushrooms on a test without yeast we will need: 400-500 grams of wheat flour, 100 grams of butter (if there is no butter, replace it with cream margarine), 1 egg, a glass of milk, hydrated soda, salt and sugar. Milk, salt, sugar and egg whisk together with a mixer, add softened butter and flour. Knead a steep dough. We remove it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. The dough is ready.

Prepare the filling to bake a pie with chicken and mushrooms. We need: 300 grams of chicken fillet, 20 grams of champignons or any other mushrooms, two large onions, 50 grams of butter, spices for chicken, salt and greens. Chicken fillet boil in salted water until cooked. Mushrooms, crushed, and fry in butter. After 5 minutes, put the mashed onion into mushrooms, salt, season and fry until done. Cooked fillet cut into small cubes and connect with mushrooms.

Next, take the dough, divide it into 2 parts (from the specified amount of dough and filling, two closed round pies are obtained). From each part again we remove a small amount of dough - on the "lid". The dough is rolled into a layer and placed in a greased form, leaving the sides. The filling is also divided into two parts and laid out on the dough. The remaining pieces of dough rolled into a circle, cover the filling and tear the edges. In the center, leave a hole to pie with chicken and mushrooms propeksya inside. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. That's all, our pie is ready.

For fans of mushroom baking, I offer a cheese cake with mushrooms. The dough will be used without yeast, according to the second recipe, which I described above. For the filling we need: 300 grams of fresh mushrooms, three large onions, 100 grams of hard cheese, salt, vegetable oil. Mushrooms and onions grind, fry until cooked. The dough is divided into two parts: one is slightly larger than the other. Most of the rolls and put in a mold, put the top on the mushroom filling, sprinkle with grated cheese. The second part of the test is rolled out, we cover the filling, we patch the edges. In the center also leave a hole. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, no more. A pie with mushrooms and cheese is ready, you can serve it to tea.

On the same recipe, you can bake an open pie with mushrooms, just a test will take less, because the cake is "open". And the cheese needs to sprinkle the cake 5 minutes before it is ready so that it does not burn.

With fillings, of course, you can experiment. The test recipes I described above are great for any filling: from meat to sweet. A lovely dessert will be a sweet fruit cake. So bake and experiment!
