In medicine, olive oil is used to strengthen bones and muscles, normalize the cardiovascular system, it clears the body of free radicals and toxins, normalizes digestion. Caloric content of vegetable oils from ripe or green olives is approximately 883 kcal. It is preferable to eat unrefined olive oil, although the risk of its oxidation is somewhat higher.

Caloric content of vegetable oils from sesame and pumpkin is 897 kcal, flaxseed oil - 857 kcal, peanut butter - 920. All vegetable oils are tasty and useful in their own way, and their daily consumption is necessary for both children's and adult body.
