Beer. What do we know about it?

In the Russian market, beer-based cocktails did not appear long ago, while in Europe they were produced not for the first decade, and they won their niche of popularity among local residents.

The first to start making a beer drink are the French, who by their nature are real aesthetes and experts in the quality of alcoholic beverages. The beer seemed bitter to them, but in order to comply with the traditions of the Anglo-Germanic culture, they were forced to allow, along with the exquisite varieties of wine, to sell this frothy drink. Who specifically thought of mixing beer with lemonade - it is not known, and it does not really matter, the main thing is that the liked cocktail was liked by many. Beer, made in equal proportions, was called "panash". He is still in demand among the population of France. However, in modern catering establishments, the proposed beer drink has a modified recipe, thereby slightly differing in taste from the original version. An alternative to lemonade made a sprite, and a small amount of grenadine was added to the cocktail.

But in Germany, a beer drink was invented under very curious circumstances. In the 20-ies of the last century in Munich held a major bike race, the route of which included a visit to one of the local deli. As a result, the store could not meet the demand for beer of all bicycle riders, and then its owner ordered to dilute the remainder of the beer with lemonade - as the famous cocktail "Der Radler" appeared all over the world.

No less famous in Germany and a cocktail "Bismarck", consisting of beer and champagne. If you adhere to historical factors, the aforementioned alcohol composition was very much liked by the Chancellor, after whom he was named. In Europe, a beer product called "Red Eye" is also in great demand, which, although it has in its content uncomparable components such as tomato juice and beer, seems very piquant and unusual to many. Some, in order to increase the strength of the drink, prefer to add a little vodka to it.

In Australia, on the shelves of supermarkets, you can find an alcoholic drink with a rather scary name "Dirty Water", which translates as "Dirty Water". It includes cola, rum and light beer.

At the same time, many people may have a question about the difference between beer and beer.

Most recently, Russia adopted a new technical regulation for the production of alcoholic beverages, according to which beer is what is made on the basis of malt, hops and water. The product, in the production of which additives, sugar and unmixed substances are additionally used, is called a beer beverage. In addition, beer beverages, GOST of which obliges manufacturers to affix the labels on the labels, can be distinguished from the natural foam product visually.

In Russia, cocktails made on the basis of beer are just beginning to gain popularity. It is possible that there will be a "permanent" buyer for a beer drink.
