There is another way with which you can make pancakes on sour kefir. The recipe in this case will be slightly different. You will need the following products: a cup of kefir - as much milk, 75 grams of sugar, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon of salt and soda, a glass of flour and vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Kefir slightly warmed, and then add to it half of that soda, which is prepared for kneading. After thorough mixing, you can add the remaining amount and finish the process.
  2. Add the egg to the yogurt. It is better to get it in advance from the refrigerator so that it can warm up a little.
  3. Now you need to fill up the flour, sugar, salt and finish mixing.
  4. Separately bring the milk to a boil and also add it to the total mass. This stage can be considered the last. Now the dough is ready for baking.
  5. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil and warm well.
  6. Then pour a little dough on it and cover with a lid.
  7. After a couple of minutes, turn the pancake, but the pan does not need to be covered.

The result is a surprisingly thick and delicious pancake. It can be eaten with anything. Here everything is suitable: butter, sour cream, jam or just hot tea.

Beginner housewives may not yet know how to cook pancakes on sour kefir. The recipe with the photo in this case will help to make everything right.

You can try the following ratio of components: ½ liter kefir, one and a half to two glasses of wheat flour, 4 eggs, a teaspoon of baking powder, 50 grams of sugar and 15 grams of vegetable oil.

The sequence of steps is as follows:

  1. Kefir pour into a spacious bowl.
  2. Gradually, in small portions add flour to it, slowly mixing.
  3. Add eggs and continue mixing.
  4. Enter the remaining components without interrupting the process. The last one is oil.
  5. Now it remains only methodically, one by one, to fry the pancakes on both sides.

The resulting product can be compared with photos. If everything was done correctly, then on the plate will be thin pancakes, all covered with small holes. Otherwise, the learning process should be repeated, but more carefully.
