Articulatory exercises. Complex exercises articulatory gymnastics

Speech sounds are obtained due to a whole complex of kinem (movements of articulatory organs). The correct pronunciation of all kinds of sounds largely depends on the strength, mobility, and also the differentiated work of the organs of the articulatory apparatus. That is, pronunciation of speech sounds is quite a difficult motor skill that will help develop articulatory exercises.

The main goals of articulatory gymnastics

You can observe how the kid does various (mimic and articulatory) movements with his tongue, jaw and lips. At the same time, typical sounds are reproduced - babbling and babbling. This is the first stage in the development of each person's speech. It is of great importance. In children such movements are developed and develop gradually. They are important force, accuracy and differentiation.

The complex of exercises of articulatory gymnastics will help to develop and develop full-fledged movements, which is important for the correct reproduction of speech sounds.

Articulatory gymnastics consists of a huge number of exercises aimed at training the mobility of organs, working out various positions of the lips, soft palate and tongue.

Recommendations

First, articulatory gymnastics should be performed every day. This contributes to the quality assimilation and consolidation of developed skills in children. It is recommended to do articulatory exercises three or four times a day, about 5 minutes. Do not load the child with a lot of new exercises at once. It is enough for 2-3 exercises at a time.

Secondly, the exercise is performed not one, but several times (about five). Static exercises should be done for 10-15 seconds.

Thirdly, it is necessary to competently approach the selection of exercises and take into account the traditional sequence: from simple - to complex. To conduct articulatory exercises for children 3-4 years is better in a playful form, fun and emotional.

Fourth, new exercises should be introduced gradually, one at a time. We must not forget to repeat and fix the material that has been passed. Do not start new exercises if the previous tasks are not performed well. Old stuff can be worked out with new gaming techniques.

And, fifth, articulatory gymnastics is best performed while sitting. In this position, children do not strain their body, arms and legs. It will be easier for children to perform new tasks if they see themselves and the leader. This will require a wall mirror. You can start gymnastics with lip exercises.

Organizing time

When explaining a new exercise, the adult should use the gaming techniques as much as possible. Then a visual demonstration takes place. After that, under the supervision of an adult, it is performed by a child.

When children perform articulatory exercises, it is important to control the quality of movements. It is important to consider the symmetry of both sides of the face. Without this, articulatory gymnastics is absolutely meaningless.

To perform each exercise you need to be creative.

At first, the movements will be strained. Gradually they will become more free, more organic and coordinated.

The complex of articulatory exercises should include both static and dynamic tasks.
