Recirculator bactericidal for air

If you believe the statistics, the flu and other infectious diseases overtake every year more than 7 million people. This is despite the fact that most of them are ill not in a hospital environment, or even at home, preferring to endure the disease without resorting to doctors and passing the infection on to others.

The main reason for all this is a constant mutation of influenza viruses and other diseases transmitted by airborne droplets, under the influence of drugs. Epidemiological danger arises even under condition of vaccination of the whole population, as the vaccination can be powerless before new strains of viruses.

Everyone knows that it is easier to prevent the disease by doing prevention than to treat it with subsequent complications. One of such methods, preventing the spread of infections and viruses, is the disinfection of air, which surrounds people everyday in various public places. The recirculator, the bactericidal effect of which is provided by the harmful effect of UV rays on microorganisms, is a device for protecting public health. Let us consider in detail the effect of ultraviolet radiation.

The discovery of ultraviolet rays

In the eighties of the 19th century, British scientists Blunt and Down determined that when exposed to direct sunlight, the reproduction of microbes stops. Later, studies have shown that bacteria are killed precisely because of that part of the solar spectrum, whose wavelength lies in the range from 100 to 280 nm. This range is invisible to the human eye and is known as ultraviolet. The maximum efficiency of radiation falls on a wavelength of 250 to 270 nm.

Bactericidal action of ultraviolet

The harmful effect of UV rays on bacteria is due to the photochemical reaction occurring in microorganisms under the influence of UV quanta. The reaction ends with irreversible damage to the genetic chain of body molecules. This prevents further reproduction of viruses, bacteria and other pathogenic microbes, and also contributes to their destruction.

As a result of the action of ultraviolet, pathogens of infectious diseases are affected without the use of harmful chemical reagents, which is indeed more preferable for the environment. Recycler bactericidal is the very high-precision weapon in the fight against pathogenic microorganisms.

Disinfection with UV rays

Every day people are forced to face pathogens in various public places. To prevent the spread of diseases, bactericidal irradiators and recirculators are installed in places of mass stay of people. They can be seen in:

  • Hospitals, polyclinics;
  • Medical sanatoria and recreation centers;
  • Kindergartens, schools;
  • Beauty salons, bathhouses, etc.

The ultraviolet bactericidal recycler disinfects the air in the premises, repeatedly passing it through its housing. The device is installed in such a way that the intake and ejection of air flow is carried out without obstacles. A bactericidal recirculator for the home is located above window or doorways, if a wall-mounted version is used. The height of the suspension should be one and a half meters from the floor to the device itself.

About recirculators "Dezar"

"Desar" bactericidal recirculators are effective medical devices for safe air purification from bacteria in rooms where people are present. Their design features allow to exclude the output of ultraviolet radiation outside the frame, and special lamps do not produce ozone, which is harmful to humans. All this makes the recycle bactericidal "Desar" safe and effective in application.

During the operation of the device, flow disinfection is carried out using ultraviolet radiation in the C-band, whose wavelength is 250 nm. Radiation of this spectrum has a high bactericidal activity on pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores and protozoa.

Devices of the "Dezar" series are manufactured at the KRONT enterprise, including a recirculator. The bactericidal lamp is installed in an irradiator of imported production and has a record resource of up to 8 thousand hours of continuous radiation. The recirculator housings are made of impact-resistant and chemically resistant materials, which allows the disinfection of the device with any disinfectant.

Device recirculators "Dezar"

In medical institutions, ultraviolet irradiators of an open type have long been used, but in order to use them, it was necessary to have no people during the operation of the lamps.

Recycler UV bactericidal "Desar" - a new generation of devices, using ultraviolet radiation in the premises where people are directly located. Silent fans take the air, passing it through the unit with UV lamps.

A high level of air disinfection (up to 99.9%) can be achieved by using the optimum ratio of lamp power and air speed. Additionally, the special internal spraying on the walls of the device increases the effectiveness of the bactericidal action. It has a high reflection coefficient, due to which the radiated energy is not dissipated and not absorbed, but is multiplied. The disinfection chamber is designed in such a way that harmful UV rays do not go out of the body of the device.

Benefits of recycling

Thanks to new ultraviolet lamps without ozone production, it became possible to produce instruments of the "Desar" series. Phillips makes lamps with a special coating that delays UV radiation with a wavelength of less than 200 nm. This prevents the occurrence of ozone in the air and prolongs the work without replacement.

Recycler bactericidal has a disinfecting effect, sufficient to destroy all pathogens that are present in the air.

There are special norms of bactericidal safety, and for each category of premises a threshold of efficiency is established, which can range from 95 to 99.9%. Depending on this, several models of recyclers that meet the standards have been created.

Categories of bactericidal safety

There are different types of premises to be equipped with bactericidal plants for air disinfection and the level of efficiency is:

  • 90.0% for children's playrooms, school classes, utility rooms for industrial and public buildings with a massive and long stay of people;
  • 95.0% for chambers, offices, and other treatment and prevention facilities not included in the 2nd category;
  • 99.0% for dressing rooms, sterilization and pasteurization rooms for milk, chambers with immunosuppressed patients, resuscitation facilities, central sterilization departments, bacteriological and virological laboratories, blood transfusion stations, pharmaceutical shops for the manufacture of sterile medicines;
  • 99.9% for operating, preoperative, maternity, sterile, children's rooms, and chambers for premature infants.

Recycler bactericidal air allows you to obtain the necessary parameters of the sterility of the premises in which it is installed.

Technical characteristics of devices

Consider the following models of recirculators:

  • "Dezar 2" - two powerful lamps of 15 W, 95.0% efficiency, 3-4 categories of premises, productivity - 70 m 3 / h;
  • "Dezar 3,4" - have two lamps with a power of 15 W, 99,0% bactericidal effect, refer to 2-3 categories, productivity - 100 m 3 / h;
  • "Dezar 5.7" - the first category of premises, 99.9% efficiency, are equipped with two lamps with a capacity of 30 W, productivity - 100 m 3 / h.

These models from the line of irradiators "Desar" are produced in two colors - white and blue. If you want to move the device from one room to another, the recirculators "Dezar" (4 and 7) have mobile supports. In case of a permanent stay in one place, the recycler bactericidal wall "Dezar" (2, 4 or 5) is suitable.

Scope of recycling

Depending on the area of the room, the required number of devices is calculated, which will ensure effective disinfection. So, for example, with a room volume from 45 m 3 to ensure 95.0% bactericidal effectiveness, 1 recirculator of bactericidal air "Dezar 2" can be installed. For placing in 100 m 3 you need to use two Devar devices (3 or 4).

The use of recirculators is justified in premises of various types and purposes. In addition to hospitals and polyclinics, they are installed in homes and offices, children's institutions, industrial and residential buildings.

Recirculators in the home and office

For use in a residential or office environment, small-sized recirculators are ideally suited to meet all the requirements. They provide a reliable level of safety against various infections and pathogens, while not posing any danger to adults and children. Small size and original design allows the installation of a bactericidal recirculation system for the home in any apartment.

Recirculators in the service sector

UV disinfection devices are recommended for use in residential and service organizations:

  • Hairdresser's;
  • Laundry;
  • Cosmetic and massage salons.

Children's institutions, such as nurseries, gardens and schools, must also install a bactericidal recirculator. Reviews of disinfection devices, especially during the period of acute illness, are the most positive. Recirculators reduce the risk of transmission of infection, thereby preventing epidemics of influenza and other colds.

In March 2003, a resolution was issued by the chief medical officer of Russia that barbershops, cosmetic, manicure and pedicure rooms are required to install bactericidal UV irradiators of a closed type for air disinfection in the presence of people.

Recirculators in medical institutions

Studies have shown that the bactericidal recycler is able to provide a high degree of disinfection to 99.9% and corresponds to the maximum requirements that apply to rooms of the first category, where there should be absolute sterility.

More and more medical institutions, such as hospitals and polyclinics, install in their buildings closed irradiators - recirculators, for the constant provision of bactericidal safety.
