Apnea is a disease of snoring

Rejection of bad habits
Apnea is an ailment, the development of which is possible due to smoking, drinking alcohol and increasing body weight. Therefore, you should abandon the bad habits and overeating, which provoke stopping breathing. Otherwise, the result can be deplorable.
