Ankl Bens sauce: recipe first

To prepare a vegetable snack for the winter, you will need the following assortment of products:

  • Ripe red tomatoes in the amount of 4 kg;
  • Bulgarian ripe pepper in the amount of 25 pcs. medium size;
  • Small carrots - 5 pcs .;
  • Onion (heads of medium size) in an amount of 5 pcs .;
  • Sugar - approximately 1 faceted glass ;
  • 1 tbsp. Table salt (about 10-15 grams);
  • Half a glass of vinegar 9% (volume 100 ml);
  • Vegetable oil with a volume of 1 glass (about 200 ml).

How is "Ankl Bens" prepared? The recipe for this sauce is simple. In the beginning, you should wash and clean the vegetables. Tomatoes grind on a meat grinder (or use a blender, a grater). Put salt, sugar and oil in them. Put the capacity on the fire and boil for 15 minutes.

Peppers clean from internal partitions, peduncles, remove seeds. Cut the vegetable into half rings. Carrot rubbed on a grater. Onion chop into rings.

Prepared vegetables, place in boiling tomatoes, cook for 15 minutes. Then pour a glass of vinegar. Stir. Hold on the fire for another 5 minutes and lay out on pre-prepared jars. You got a tasty and thick sauce "Ankl Bens". The recipe is calculated approximately on 6-7 liters of ready lecho.

It is possible to preserve lecho according to the second method, having the following set of products:

  • Young fresh squash in the amount of 2 kg;
  • Tomatoes ripe in the amount of 2.5 kg;
  • Garlic fresh weight 200 g;
  • 1 kg of Bulgarian pepper;
  • About 50 grams of salt (2 tablespoons with a slide);
  • A glass of sugar (about 200 g);
  • A glass of vegetable oil (about 200 ml);
  • Half a glass of vinegar 9%.

How to cook "Ankl Bens"? Recipe with zucchini, perhaps, will be more successful than without them. In the beginning, prepare all the products. Tomatoes should be washed and cut into slices. Then rub them with a meat grinder (blender, grater). Garlic and grind in any way. Zucchini rinse, in overripe fruits remove the skin. Cut the vegetable into small cubes. Pepper cut, remove the stalk, seeds and septa and cut into strips. Mix tomatoes, zucchini, garlic. Put in the vegetables the specified amount of sugar, vegetable oil and salt. Stir and put on the fire to stew for half an hour. After that, put in the sauce Bulgarian pepper and vinegar. Stir again, wait for the boil and cook for another 20 minutes. Hot snack is placed on the containers, clogged and put to cool. Salad serve in winter as an independent dish and as a sauce for meat delicacies.
